Are you looking for an alternative Health & Fitness program for your students? These classes run for up to an hour and a half and are a great way to have fun and get fit.

Our Pilates, Yoga, & Stretch classes help develop body and breath awareness, balance, confidence and a sense of well being. Aerobics, Conditioning & Stretch is a class where students are challenged by an intense hi/lo aerobic workout, basic strength training, and a full body stretch.

Designed to enhance mind, body, and spirit for all students, regardless of fitness level and/or movement experience our Health & Fitness programs are an excellent alternative to regular sport options.
